As women, we tend to always put ourselves at the bottom of the queue when it comes to our own personal health. NAPW Local Chapters build communities where we as woman can support each other in many ways. May is Physical Fitness and Sports Month on the NAPW Foundation Calendar, and our local chapters are encouraging members to put themselves first by dedicating time to exercise.
