It’s that time of year again! NAPW NYC Local Chapter President Louise Newsome and her team hosted their third annual ‘Supermarket Sweep’ to support the Bowery Mission’s Women’s Centers. Members were divided up into teams to sweep the aisles of Duane Reade. They purchased various products and donated them all to The Bowery Mission. Hicks and her team are celebrating their Chapter’s (almost) one-year anniversary and coming together to reflect on everything they are thankful for. The evening will include eating, drinking and of course, networking.

Thanksgiving Networking Luncheon

Network and Give Back
with Our NAPW Bowie Local Chapter

NAPW Bowie Local Chapter President Marilyn Thorpe and her team held an event where members could promote their businesses and expand their professional reach. Members brought five non-perishable items with them to donate to the Thanksgiving Community Outreach Project Food Bank.

Holiday Giving at NAPW
Happiness, joy and charitable giving reign supreme during the holidays. It’s a great time to remember those less fortunate and give back to make a difference in the lives of others. Remember while we’re all busy shopping and preparing for the holidays, there are many people who think the holidays are a sad, lonely time of the year. Any small act of kindness or generosity goes a long way to help those in need.
