Thank you for Attending PNE
We hope you had a great time networking and being inspired at our recent Power Networking Events in Atlanta, GA and Pittsburgh, PA.

Here are some notable event highlights:

March 21st – Atlanta
Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia

NAPW President and host Star Jones led the event and the “Power of One” panel with her dear friend and sorority sister, Richelle Ransom who shared her personal story about the tragic loss of her sister, Rhonda and the importance of getting and keeping affairs in order.

Attendees received a copy of “Rhonda’s Rules,” a comprehensive checklist for women to use to prepare for the unthinkable. View the complete checklist on our blog.

Rhonda's Rules
NAPW members and guests enjoyed connecting with each other and also participated in “Photos for Philanthropy” with Star to benefit the NAPW Foundation and its four philanthropic partners – the American Heart Association, the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Dress for Success and Girls Inc.

…and SURPRISE! Team NAPW, Star’s family members and some of her closest friends put together a ‘Happy Birthday’ video montage for Star. That cake looks delicious!

We kicked off the event with some “Ice-Breaker” Speed Networking. Attendees were put to the test to step out of their comfort zones and make new connections. It was fast, it was fun and it definitely broke the ice!

A top highlight of the day was our “Power of One” panel where NAPW President, Star Jones interviewed two successful professional women in the Pittsburgh community. Panelists included Dorothy Andreas, Owner, Sewickley Spa and Laura Ellsworth, Partner-in-Charge of Global Community Service Initiatives, Jones Day Global Law Firm.

Our “Power of One” interviews are always enjoyable, educational and inspiring!
