There’s no denying, times have changed. In a rapidly shifting, technology-driven world, there’s been a significant transformation in the American workforce. For perhaps the first time in history, at least four distinctly defined generations are represented together: Traditionalists (born before 1945); Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964); Generation X (Born 1965-1979); and Millennials / Generation Y (born 1980-2000).
