Although March was a busy month for Local Chapter inaugurations, January and February were bustling as well!

Sherri Hitchcock-Hutson was installed as the President of the Jacksonville, North Carolina Local Chapter in February and is planning to roll out a schedule of monthly networking meetings for professional women in her area, beginning with a launch meeting in April.

Preceding Jacksonville, NAPW also introduced Local Chapters in Chester, VA, which will be led by Deandra Dorsey; Charlottesville, VA, which will be led by Kimberly Armstrong; West Valley, CA, led by Trisha Malin; Dutchess County, NY, led by Darlene Haywood; Lafayette, LA, led by Deborah Young; and Mercer Country, NJ, led by Victoria Swanson.

Our newest Chapter Presidents represent a wide variety of professions.

  • Deandra Dorsey is the CEO and Director of Excellence Child Care Center, LLC. Her expertise is in child care and development.
  • Kimberly Armstrong is the owner of Nooks and Crannies Cleaning, Inc.
  • Trisha Malin is the President of TMG Management and her expertise is in insurance and financial services.
